The tremendous success rate and collections in tollywood from the last couple of years gave a huge boost up to the renumerations of actors.
Previously reaching a two digit mark(10 crore) was considered extremely high figure but now with films grossing 40 and 50 crore marks almost regularly, the Industry bigwigs have started demanding huge renumerations for films. It is heard Mahesh babu after his triple success now demands a whopping 20 crores for film. Pawan not far behind demands 16-18 crores for his projects. Sharing of profits earned in a film is also a new concept which is being followed now, making a tollywood film now has become a very costly affair indeed!
